Last updated: October 30, 2026. Rentix is an app by Sitiyo (Panama). Contact: Rentix support (support@mibrocha.com).
Your items, customers, bookings, expenses, photos and signatures are stored on your device and, once you are signed in, synced to your account.
Rentix uses an account so your data is backed up and can be shared with your staff. You can sign up with an email and password or with Sign in with Apple. With Apple, we receive the email address Apple gives us, which may be a private relay address, and your name only if you choose to share it. We store: your email address; your business data (items, customers, bookings, payments, payment plans, expenses, packages, contract signatures, settings); customer details you choose to enter, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses, notes, customer photos, company names, ID or tax numbers and scans of ID documents or receipts; and the photos you attach. This data is stored on Supabase servers and can be read only by you and the people you invite to your workspace (your staff). Invited staff can see and edit the same business data.
Cloud data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, your account and the workspaces nobody else belongs to are deleted with their photos. Workspaces that still have other members are kept for those members. Copies in our hosting provider’s backups expire on the provider’s own schedule.
You can turn sync off at any time. In the app, Settings → Cloud sync and team → Delete account permanently deletes your account (and, if you signed in with Apple, revokes the link between Rentix and your Apple ID), and your workspace and its photos if nobody else belongs to it. You can also email us to request deletion.
Confirmation and password-reset emails are sent through Resend. They receive your email address and the message content only to deliver it.
When you type an address for a booking or delivery, the text you type is sent to the Photon geocoding service (based on OpenStreetMap) to suggest matching addresses. No account details are sent with it.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status, not your payment details.
If you turn on your booking page, people who visit it can send you a booking request with their name, phone number, the items and dates they want and an optional message. The request is stored in your workspace so you can accept or decline it; the visitor does not need an account. Your page shows your business name, the items you choose to publish and the days that are already busy, never your customers’ details.
If you turn on alerts for new booking requests, your phone’s push notification token (a device identifier issued by Apple) is stored with your workspace so we can notify you. It is used only to send those alerts and is removed when you turn alerts off, sign out or delete your account. Reminders for your own bookings are scheduled on the phone and are not sent to us.
Camera and photo library (to add pictures to items, customers and bookings) and notifications (reminders and request alerts you turn on). Without sync, photos stay on your device.
The details of your customers (names, phone numbers, emails, addresses and documents you add) are yours. You are responsible for handling them according to the law in your country. We do not use them for anything.
No advertising, no tracking, no selling or sharing of data with third parties other than the service providers needed to run the app (Supabase for storage and sign-in, Resend for emails, Photon/OpenStreetMap for address suggestions, Apple/Google/RevenueCat for subscriptions and Sign in with Apple).
Rentix is a business tool and is not directed to children.
Email Rentix support at support@mibrocha.com to ask about, correct or delete your data.
